John Arnold has nearly 30 years of consulting experience in the areas of personnel selection and classification, assessment center design and development, and organizational research. Having directed numerous projects with a U.S., as well as international scope, Dr. Arnold is a recognized expert by many of the Fortune 500. Dr. Arnold has specialized in providing entry-level hiring systems to companies with large populations of front-line employees. Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are only two of the many companies serviced in this arena. John has also provided extensive pro bono services in the not-for-profit sector and he continues to provide free and reduced-cost services to the “not-for profit” sector as an important part of his ongoing professional (and personal) commitment.

Dr. Arnold holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. His graduate education focused on issues involving personnel selection and assessment, as well as the measurement of employee attitudes, motivation and abilities. John is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Among his many contributions to the professional field, he has served as the President of the Michigan Association of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.
